Search and Tour Homes

This is probably the part with which you are most familiar and perhaps the most exciting part of the process. This process could take days, weeks, or months depending on price range and search location.

Prepare Your Offer

Together, we’ve now found your ideal home! Now it’s time to secure the deal by offering a strong contract, tailored to your needs, and presented in the best possible light.

Negotiations

Sometimes the first offer doesn’t work out or there are deferred maintenance items that need to be addressed. Our experienced team knows exactly how to work with the other party’s representatives to get you the best outcome.

Contract Secured

Now that we’ve conducted all the necessary inspections, due diligence, and taken care of the minutia during the option period, the contract is now “hard”. Our team provides a concierge experience so that you don’t miss a beat.

Third Quarter

This step is reserved for ordering the appraisal, reviewing HOA documents, reviewing the title commitment, and obtaining final loan approval. We also begin coordinating the logistics of moving into your new home!

Closing

Congrats! You’ve now made it past the hardest parts of the transaction. Usually, the pertinent details have been discussed and agreed upon. In this step, you will wire funds to the title company and the transfer of ownership will occur.

Post-Closing
